A Piece of Cake is committed to providing our clients with exceptional customer service. We have laid out a list of questions that are commonly asked by our clients. However, if there is something that we have missed please feel free to reach out. We would be more than happy to address any of your needs and help you find clarity.

Will our buffet come with plates and cutlery etc?

We offer complimentary disposable plates and serviettes with all our buffets. If your requirement is for a Fork buffet or a buffet containing a salad option, then will will provide disposable cutlery also.

Can you cater for gluten-free clients?

Yes. We can offer an alternative selection for all types of dietary requirements including Gluten-free.

Do i have to order from your buffet menu or can i have a bespoke buffet or the addition of drinks etc?

Our buffet menus are suggestions based on the types of food that we have a tendency to sell the most. However, we are very happy to talk to our customers should they wish us to quote for a bespoke, personalised buffet. We also offer tea and coffee as well as cold drinks and juices

When can have my buffet delivered and is the delivery free?

We will deliver your buffet whatever time you wish! We would suggest that if possible, we would like to do this prior to your guests arriving as to alleviate our team trying to get passed your guests with trays of food. Our deliveries are free within a five mile radius from of Deli.

Can i add additional items to my buffet or swap items for an alternative?

We will happily alter any of our buffet options to suit your requirements and amend the price accordingly.

What's the minimum number of guests that you will cater for?

This really depends on your requirements and the buffet type that you require. We offer buffets from 5 to 500.

How will my buffet be provided to me?

Our buffets are provided on either bio-degradable card or returnable black plastic platters. These are covered in cling film. Our delivery driver will cover your buffet table with a paper cloth if required and lay out your food. You can then remove the cling film at your convenience.

Do you offer a staffing service?

Unfortunately, at present we do not offer any staffing or a food serving service. We specifically cater for customers that require us to delivery and lay out their buffet requirements and leave.
